How does payment work?

We accept cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. Checks must clear the bank before an order can be processed. Custom-printed orders require a 50% deposit. Once your sample has been approved for printing, the balance is due. Blank stock and catalog orders will be charged the full invoice total before the order is processed.

What is your return policy?

All blank stock and catalog orders are final sale. If there is an error on any printed material made on the part of Salutations, we will correct the error at no cost to you. If however the error is made on part of the customer, the original invoice total, as well as the cost of reprinting will be the responsibility of the customer. It is very important to look over all proofs with extreme accuracy.

Can I order the Envelopments stock blank as well as printed?

Absolutely! All of our stock can be purchased blank, with the option to add our design services. Card stock may be purchased with additional options such as custom cutting, custom scoring, and custom drilling. Salutations is available to assist in design, printing, assembling, addressing, and mailing your invitation ensembles. Visit our Design Services section for more details.

How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed?

All blank stock is typically received within 7-10 business days. In the event that an item is on backorder, you will be notified immediately with an estimated delivery date. Salutations uses standard ground shipping for all deliveries, which typically takes 3-5 business days plus processing. If you would like expedited shipping (within 24 hours), your order must be received by Noon EST. Expedited shipping costs are determined after the items have shipped.

If time allows, second or third day shipping is a less expensive alternative to overnight shipping.

Custom-printed orders generally take 6-8 weeks, depending on our current order log and the complexity of your order. Please check your order for accuracy as soon as it arrives and report any errors to Salutations immediately. Visit Our Process for more details.

What printing options do you offer?

Most of the invitation ensembles displayed in our gallery are laser printed, on a commercial grade printer, though we will gladly accommodate any requests for thermography, letter press, foil, and engraving when possible. If you are interested in any of these alternatives, please contact us for a custom quote.

Do you offer calligraphy and addressing services?

We certainly do! Out standard addressing service is done on the computer with a font that matches your invitation. Our computer calligraphy is a much less expensive alternative to hand calligraphy, and allows us to complete your order more quickly. What is your process for ordering custom designed/printed invitations?

The first step is to select the style, size, and colors for your invitation ensemble. Salutations will generate an invoice based on your quantities and the level of services you are interested in (design, printing, assembly, addressing, etc.). Should you decide to move forward with the project, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Once we have your font selections and wording, we will work up proofs and send you a PDF of your invitation. Once the proofs have been approved, you will receive a mock-up of your invitation with your paper selections. At this point, the balance of your invoice is due and we will complete your project. What is the average price of your invitation ensembles?

Since all of our invitation packages are custom-designed, it is difficult to give an estimate without knowing the exact quantity, paper selections, print style, number of inserts, number of layers, level of assembly, etc. We can work with you to get your invitation ensemble within your budget. With multiple service options to choose from, including customer assembly, we have packages to fit every budget.
